Maltipoo City Puppies – Terms & Conditions

1. General Agreement

By purchasing a puppy from Maltipoo City Puppies (“Seller”), the Buyer agrees to all terms and conditions stated herein. This agreement is legally binding and applies to the original Buyer only. No terms are transferable without written permission from the Seller.

2. Health Guarantee

All puppies are certified to be in good general health and free from any known illnesses at the time of sale. Puppies are up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming.

  • A Health Certificate signed by a licensed veterinarian will accompany all shipped puppies.

  • Buyer must have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 7 days of receipt.

  • Any claims of illness must be documented by a veterinarian and submitted within 48 hours of the exam.

3. Viral Illness Guarantee (20 Days)

If the puppy is diagnosed with a viral illness (e.g., parvo, distemper, pneumonia) within 20 days of possession, the Buyer may be eligible for up to 100% reimbursement of the base purchase price through the HPPI warranty provider.

  • Buyer must pay vet bills at the time of service and file a claim per instructions at https://maltipooscity.com/.

  • Shipping costs and additional fees are not covered.

4. Exclusions and Limitations

This guarantee does not cover:

  • Non-life-threatening conditions: cherry eye, retained baby teeth, mild heart murmurs (Grade 2 or below), etc.

  • Injuries, neglect, or improper care

  • Temperament issues resulting from lack of socialization or training

  • Size, weight, coat type, or breed classification

  • Any conditions common to small breeds or Maltipoos

5. Ongoing Veterinary Care

To keep this agreement valid, the Buyer must:

  • Provide routine veterinary care, including booster vaccines and deworming

  • Maintain records of all veterinary visits

  • Provide proper nutrition and safe housing

Failure to meet care obligations voids this guarantee.

6. Spay/Neuter & Breeding Policy

All puppies are sold as pets only. Buyer agrees not to use the puppy for commercial breeding.

7. Return Policy

No refunds or returns are allowed. In the case of a health claim under this agreement, the Buyer may receive a replacement puppy or warranty credit as outlined. If a puppy must be surrendered, it is done on a no-refund, no-credit basis.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Puppies are shipped 2–14 days after they are deemed fit to travel. Seller is not liable for delays due to weather, transportation, or other unforeseen events. Health certificate and vaccine records are provided.

9. Arbitration Agreement

All disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Class actions are not permitted. Each party covers their own legal costs.

10. Severability

If any provision of this agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

11. Acceptance of Terms

Use of our website and purchase of a puppy indicates full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all posted notices.

12. Entire Agreement

This document constitutes the entire agreement between the Buyer and Maltipoo City Puppies. No oral or other written statements shall be binding unless signed by both parties.
