🐶 Maltipoo City Puppies – Health Guarantee & Sales Agreement
At Maltipoo City Puppies, we certify that all Maltipoo puppies sold are in good general health at the time of sale. Each puppy will be up to date on all vaccinations and deworming as of the date of transfer.
🩺 Veterinarian Health Check & Certificate
Before any puppy is transferred to its new owner—especially when being shipped—a licensed veterinarian will examine the puppy, and a Health Certificate signed by our vet will be included.
🕒 48-Hour Buyer Health Inspection Window
The buyer has 48 hours from the time of receiving the puppy to have it examined by a veterinarian of their choice.
-
If the vet finds the puppy to be in poor health within this period, the buyer must notify Maltipoo City Puppies immediately.
 -
Upon return of the puppy, the buyer may choose a full refund or a replacement puppy of equal value.
 -
The buyer is responsible for all return transportation and veterinary expenses.

📦 Replacement Puppy Policy
-
Replacement puppies will be made available for pickup at a mutually agreed-upon location or shipped at the buyer’s expense.
 -
Any replacement puppy is covered under the same terms as the original guarantee.
